SEMINAR OVERVIEW
Prepare for your winter and join ACMG Mountain Guide Matt Reynolds and a group of ACC trip leaders to further your own personal development as a backcountry user and trip leader.
This classroom seminar will cover several leadership and group dynamic components that will lead you to more successful, and enjoyable future trips. You will come away with a set of tools that will help you avoid and/or manage difficult group situations in high-stress environments while ski-touring or ice climbing.
ABOUT INSTRUCTOR
Matt is an ACMG guide, instructor at Thompson Rivers University, and instructor at the ACC-The North Face leadership courses. Matt has more than 20 years of experience leading and guiding people into the backcountry of the Canadian Rockies.
