- Gear is reserved in order of: first-requested-first-reserved.
It is highly recommended to request gear immediately after your trip is approved. - In order to minimize exposure to disease transmission from shared surfaces, equipment will be allowed to rest a minimum of 72 hours before another booking.
- Do not apply cleaner, sanitizer, or any chemical to ropes or equipment.
Picking up Club Gear
- All club gear is picked-up from Track ‘N Trail (TNT) during their hours of operation. Please follow all guidance to comply with public health measures. Where possible, go during off-peak hours to pick-up gear.
- TNT staff will release gear only after you show them:
- A copy of the email from our Safety Directory that confirmed your reservation.
- Your active ACC Edmonton membership card.
- The specific kit booked will be the kit issued by TNT staff, as identified by its ID# tag.
- Please inspect all kits before leaving the store, to ensure all items in the kit are included.
- Batteries for equipment to be provided by the trip leader or participants. Please remove them when returning the gear.
Returning Club Gear
- All gear must be returned to Track ‘N Trail, during their hours of operation, in the condition that you picked them up:

- Clean
- In good repair
- All batteries removed from any devices
- Return each kit with its ID# tag attached.
