The Edmonton Section of the ACC is hosting an open-door Volunteer and Winter Trip Coordinator Orientation session for members and the public. This meeting is for members that are interested in learning more about ANY of the following topics:

Benefits of volunteering with the ACC

Opportunities for volunteering in Winter/Spring 2017

Guidelines and expectations for trip and event coordinators
-
How to submit a trip, event, or course suggestion
There will be a brief presentation followed by snacks and beverages and an interactive discussion and Q & A. Members from the Board of Directors will be present and can help answer your questions! This meeting serves as an orientation to guidelines and policies for trip coordinators, so active trip coordinators who have not attended an Orientation are also encouraged to attend. Those that have attended an orientation and are ready to plan trips, events, or camps, should check out our Trip Planning Meeting on Nov. 22!
